SAO II 04 – It’s Kirito being Kirito… Again
Is there anyone out there that isn’t completely sick of Kirito? <sound of crickets> Okay, I thought so. Unfortunately, Kirito is a major part of SAO, and he’s back. He’ll probably play a huge role in every episode from now on, so the only thing we can do is resign ourselves to the stupidity and try to make the best of it.

Glasslip 04 – Kakeru Heads for a Different Series
I hereby pronounce Glasslip dead. Or maybe I should say that I hereby pronounce that I would very much enjoy seeing all of the characters in Glasslip die gruesome, shocking deaths as soon as possible. I can’t handle another week of this dull, uninteresting crap.

SAO II 03 – Everybody Wants the D
Well, *that* was surprising! I really enjoyed this episode! Sure, there were some problems (like the entire time Kirito was on screen). However, Sinon’s back-story was played quite well, requiring only a modest suspension of disbelief. SAO 2 is far from being perfect, but this week was definitely a step in the right direction.

Glasslip 03 – Homegirl Still Can’t Drive
Why on earth did I pick this series to review?? This week’s installment of Glasslip was the most bland thing I have seen all week. Not only did Yukinari’s dramatic confession have absolutely no real effect on the characters, the series revealed absolutely nothing about Touko’s psychic powers.

SAO II 02 – All About Crotches
I didn’t have very high expectations for SAO 2 following the vomit-worthy ALO arc of the first season. Even considering that, this episode didn’t impress me. I want to enjoy this series, but it’s probably going to take a while until the bad taste of SAO 1 leaves my mouth.

Glasslip 02 – What’s going on here?
Okay, I’ll be the first to admit – I’m not entirely sure about some of the things presented in this episode. Although the main plot events were clear, there were a lot of little discrepancies that I noticed throughout, which made me wonder: exactly what is going on here? I watched it three times because I thought I was going crazy, but I’ve come to the conclusion that there was something noticeably “off” throughout this episode. Read on for some specific examples – and make sure to let me know what you think is happening!

SAO II 01 – The Moment We’ve All Been Waiting For
Sword Art Online 2. It’s what anime fans across the world have been waiting for, right? I, too, have been waiting for this day, with clenched fists and gritted teeth. Something about the first few episodes of SAO 1 captured my imagination, and then it went downhill. Quickly. A series I loved transformed into a series I hated, but I kept watching every week hoping it would get better. Sadly, it did not. What will SAO 2 bring?
So…. What exactly was my beef with the first season of SAO?

Glasslip 01 – Fireworks
I’m always attracted to anime that involve something other than high school kids hanging out, running the student council, and having superpowers. Obviously, as an anime fan, I am okay with those types of story set-ups, but I was hoping for something different in Glasslip. After watching the first episode, I’m not so sure I will get what I wanted; I honestly have no idea what this series will bring.
