Luck Star 05-16

Up until now it seems like Lucky Star has been a mass of ups and downs.

Some scenes can are entertaining but some scenes are downright random and boring.

That pass few eps have made me want to stop watching at times, but because i have nothing better to do and it is quite a good anime to watch to fill your time, i decided to continue.

Most entertaining over these eps?

The ending, it has got to be one of the most creative endings that i have seen so far and it is so funny sometimes.
I love the Lucky Channel thing that comes towards the end as well. haha…

– No screen caps today! – I see nothing worth screen caping cept for the ending and i might leave that to the overall review of the series (if i manage to finish it) haha

Episode 5 was interesting…

Holidays, summer heat and procrastination once again.

I totally relate to that, considering i am having a 2 week holiday from college right now and today’s weather is HOT! 41 degrees in the hot summer sun of Melbourne, Australia.

Konata was feeling the heat in the world of Lucky Star as well, it is another few days of random comedy on what happens in real life, a little of the gaming world in japan and a few interesting parts, i have to say that episode 4 was more enjoyable, but still good none the less. ^^ Alrighty, shall stop here today. Take care and keep cool! Drink lotsa fluids!

Lucky Star 04

Is your problem with school exams procrastination?
Is your problem with being late for school because you could not sleep?
Are you are one of those who goes to school without sleep?

Well this episode is like this. Konata is always late, she gives the funniest and weirdest excuses, she always procrastinate, and she goes to school without sleep sometimes.
Does that sound like you? Cos it sounds like me.. haha..

There are so many points in this episode where you just go, “i know how that feels”.

But i guess that is the life of a student, be it if you are in an anime or in real life. ^^

Trivia from this ep – Konata mother died when she was young.

P.S: ep 02 and 03 were fun too! i am starting to fall in love with the opening song, it is so cute… i love Konata she is so adorable.
P.P.S:Eventhough i find this anime cute, it is not really one of those girly big eyes and typical cute characters… (i have no idea how to explain… just watch an ep and you will know what i mean!) ^_^v (it is 6.40am and i have yet to sleep, i am sooooo dead when school starts on wednesday….)

Lucky Star 01

Well, this anime was recommended to me by a friend. Honestly, at first i did not think that i liked it but i decided to give it a shot.

And it was fun.

The opening was really interesting and it made me want to jump around to the opening song. My head kept screaming “i cannot believe that i am seeing something like this! it is so gaaayy!” but guess what, i actually love the OP.

Anyway, on to the anime, it starts off with the main character running on the track.

Keep in mind that this is one of those 4 cell stories. And one of the most memorable parts was when the main characters sat down and talked about how to eat food.

Normally it would bore a normal person to death. But the different opinions and the different personalities of the characters made it an interesting scene to watch.

The rest of the episode revolved around those characters and the main lead is an otaku who loves to play games. Her attitude is something that i can sort of relate to and it is an enjoyment to watch.

Towards the end of each ep you get to see a mini reporting scene. And it is really interesting to see something different.

I would give it a rating of 7

Anyone who loves female characters then go for it!

Anyone who loves comedy that lean more towards the talking side rather than pretty animation and action then go for it as well!

To anyone who is bored. Give it a shot, it might be something that you would actually like. ^^
