Episode 13 – For You, I Head Out
I keep forgetting how much I love this series. Every week I would find myself anticipating a disappointment, but instead, I am filled with love for this show.
This was as good as any episode to mark a major turning point in this series. Arata is finally back in the game and everyone is all ramped up to fight for a win in the tournament. It seems like everything has reached the point that it needed to be, and the “tournament/sports” aspect of the show is starting to kick in.

My favourite moment of the episode. =P
Episode 11 – The Sky is the Road Home
It is the final match of the regionals and Chihaya and her team have to battle it out to win and move onto the nationals.

It’s shocking how you continue to message the guy.
Episode 10 – Exchange Hellos and Goodbyes
It’s Karuta Season and the comeptitions have started.
The team have to make their way up in hopes of getting to the Nationals and meeting Arata once again.

Episode 09 – But I Cannot Hide
Taichi… (T^T)
The club is finally official with their 5 members, and now it is time for everyone to train in order to prepare themselves for the upcoming tournaments.

Episode 08 – Sounds of the Waterfall
I am hungry… and no… not for pork buns in particular. Although, hearing pork so many times did make me somewhat hungry. =P
Nishida makes a character comeback in this episode with Chihaya once again harassing people.
(Although I doubt the characters mind all that much since it is a beautiful girl harassing them)

Episode 07 – But for Autumn’s Coming
aka, Autumn is the Season for Boys
=D That was a good episode of Chihaya.
This is probably one of the most intense and interesting one for me thus far. I loved how we have 2 simultaneous character development whilst at the same time the challenge of playing Karuta is pushed to a whole new level.

Episode 6 – Now Bloom Inside The Ninefold Palace
Although I had guessed that this episode would be focused on the building of the Karuta club in school along with the introduction of new characters, the episode had turned out to be more than what I had expected it to be.
I must admit that I have been weary of the series as it is easy for series like this to turn lame and bad real quick, real easily.

Taichi: “I thought Arata was the faceless one, not me?”
Episode 05 – The Sight of a Midnight Moon
(I assume the Midnight Moon is referring to the dark aura that surrounds Arata’s existence =P)
Arata is no longer the faceless character and thank god that the whole emo face was rather short-lived. =P
This is one big revelation episode and is probably the turning point of the series as it seems like after this episode, the story might take a turn and focus on the development of the club.

P.S: Those are not stalkers outside the window…
Episode 04 – A Whirlwind of Flower Petals Descends
Sigh, I was expecting it (am referring to Wataya) but I had hoped that that wouldn’t have been the case.
This episode finally leaves the past behind and brings us back to the present and it’s the first time we get to see all 3 main characters on screen as young adults.

Episode 03 – From the Crystal White Snow
It seems like this episode would end the flashback to the past arc of the story and hopefully bring us back to present times.
I really can’t wait to see if the mood of the show will change when we are no longer surrounded by kids.
